The backpack was very easy to handle, my cat didn't cause a fuss about it, and it felt very durable. Got many compliments at the vet's office! Would recommend.

Our cat LOVES it! He is a strictly indoor cat but is always trying to get outside when we come and go. We got a little harness and leash to take him on walks, but it turns out he does not go on walks, he goes on meanders lol, with frequent pauses to sit. So that was out. Then we tried carrying him but with him squirming and frantically trying to scramble from one shoulder to another to get a better view of a bird, that didn't really work out either. In comes this backpack. I got this instead of the clear plastic ones because my husband pointed out that in the heat it would turn into a little greenhouse. This provides great airflow, but somehow holds its shape, and our cat, really well. We leave the flap in the front open and he will even prop his front legs on the opening to let him see out better and it doesn't buckle. The harness system has been very much put to the test and is secure. 10/10, I recommend!

I wanted something easily portable, which it definitely is. It is very lightweight, nice pockets, very breathable, comfortable shoulder straps. What would make it better would be a waist strap to help distribute the weight. My boy weighs between 12-15lbs and is super heavy in this pack. I pulled the straps through the eyelets and knotted to help take some of the weight off of my shoulders. It is workable and I will keep using the pack. It is a good workout for me, as well!

My daughter bought this with her own money and I honestly thought it would be a waste. I was wrong. One of my cats loves it. He even sleeps in it sometimes when not on walks (not zipped up of course). The other one.... turns out cats can have motion sickness too. So no walks for her.

Great size for 12lb. cat and they can see thru! Sturdy bottom, cats enjoy it and three zippers to get them in and out of. Love the fact it folds flat too for easy storage. Only wish is that straps were a little padded but it is still comfortable to wear.

Sturdy and fit my two 14 years old malteses. One weighs 10lb and the other weighs 11.8lbs, with neck to tailbone average 17inches. We can go on hikes without making them dogtired. The only drawback is the carrier does not have waist support belt. I chose this amongst the carriers in the market because of its width and length dimension. The more spacious base allows both dogs to sit comfortably in the carrier for longer hours.

Bought this as a gift for my sister. She recently adopted a cat and needed something to carry him in. She loved this and so did her cat! She now takes her kitty everywhere...cycling, hiking, grocery shopping, beach, etc! They��re both enjoying the backpack! Well made product!

First impression from it was it came with a weird smell nothing terribly strong however, we aired it out for about a hour which did the trick ! After that the sturdiness of the bag was 10\10 my cat Rapinoe has giant dagger claws, she didn't try to scratch at it but it seems very well made with great material the mesh feels like there is a plastic coat over it which makes it stronger the zippers are very sturdy also and even comes with a tiny side pocket for any smaller items. Overall super breathable, comfortable (my cat weighs 10 LBS and fits perfectly with some wiggle room left for reference she can sit or lay down) this would make a great hiking bag as well as it is comfortable to carry on your back. I was debating on this one or the bubble cat carrier but this seemed much more comfortable for my Rapinoe! This is flat out a must buy you won't be disappointed. Also FAST delivery took 2 days tops without amazon prime ! Now me and my Rapinoe can enjoy our afternoon walks together.

This backpack works great. Our 12+ pound cat fits in it perfectly. It feels like it's well made. The pack is collapsible which is a nice feature but it makes it a little more difficult to load an uncooperative cat because it will collapse unless you have an extra set of hands to keep it open. It can be worn on your chest or on your back. It's got a buckle strap that connects the two straps which is also a nice feature for comfort. Would recommend.

I got this for my daughter, whose kitty is also her therapy pet. Our kitty is still getting used to it, but I think the more he goes for trips, the less anxiety he will have. I love that it has holes throughout for ventilation and multiple access points for taking him in and out. Lots of storage on the sides. We can store his harness, a leash and some treats in one pocket with plenty of room leftover. Plus there's an additional pocket on the other side, so you can leave your purse behind. Every time we go out, we get stopped and people want to check out the cat. Brings lots of smiles. It's lightweight. If it was any lighter, it probably wouldn't be able to handle the weight of the cat. I also like the carpeted bottom for kitty comfort and how easily it folds up flat for storage. Totally worth the price.

My little seven pound maltipoo loves this backpack! Large enough to stand up in or lie down. I love all the mesh so it can breathe when it��s cold out. The extra storage on the side is perfect for her water tray and doggie bags. There is also a small leash inside to keep her from running out when it��s opened. The base is firm and holds its shape!

We are loving the backpack. Our daughter takes our cat for walks, bike rides and over to friends. It is easy to pull a seatbelt through the straps and buckle in for a car ride as well. The soft pad in the bottom is removable for cleaning. We chose this because the dimensions were bigger than the popular capsule carriers for our 13 lb cat and the mesh provides great ventilation. The opening gives plenty of room for a cooperative kitty to enter and stays shut during travel. When it arrived, we left it open on her favorite spot on the couch so she could explore and take a few naps in it before her first big outing. Straps are comfortable for the wearer. We also purchased a harness and leash so kitty can have breaks at our destinations. Enjoy!

Very good pet carrier! It can be folded easy to storage, and very ventilated that is the most satisfied part for me. You know the pet they don��t feel cold usually, but they do feel hot, and they don��t like airtight at all. My dog feels so good when she sat in there, she doesn��t even want get out to walk by herself. But it��s a little bit too big for Chihuahua, smaller is better.

I bought this to take my cats out for walks safely, it's very comfortable to carry, and my cat can't scape. Ny sister's cat in the video is a year old, very small and she fit perfectly and was comfortable to stand up and lay down. Now that so many earthquakes are hitting Puerto Rico this is FUNDAMENTAL to escape with your pets, i recommend that cat owners get one of these as soon as possible!

I love it and so does she. She is so excited when she sees me grab it. It has 2 pockets on either side and really does fold flat. I love that it is so ventilated and comfy and the chest strap makes it not move as much. I am very happy. Also not for big cats, my 6 pound cat fits great my 20 cat is a no go lol he's huge for it

My cat weighs 9lbs, and is fussy about carriers . She gets very stressed out by even getting into a vehicle. I took her to the veterinarian in it and she was so calm, no meowing at all. I believe it was because unlike regular cat carriers she could see thru the mesh and did not feel boxed in. She spent a lot of time just smelling the wind and watching cars pass by as we waited outside for her appointment. When I put it on my back I could not feel her weight at all, which was nice as I have a bad back. The backpack fit my back comfortably and did not sway even with her weight in it. Perfect size for our kitty cat. He loves to go on our daily walks n his backpack. He hops on it everyone he wants to go for a walk . Last night he hopped n it just to take a nap. It��s well made and plenty of ventilation. Love it !

This backpack is very sturdy. I love that the corners are hard so the mesh doesn't collapse. It also has extra padding for your back. Our 6 lbs. toy yorkie loves it and has plenty of room. Even our cat that's double the size had room. Our cat weighed down the backpack because she's quite heavy and the bottom of the backpack dug into my back a little when I had it on. I may need to adjust the straps to prevent this from happening. *Our six year old is the one trying out the carrier in the picture.

I like this but my tomcat was to tall for it. He's about 16lbs with long legs.

My 5 pound maltese loves this. She has only 3 legs and the back two have had surgery. So she is unable to walk long distances. She is now the queen.

So we actually used this product for our pet baby iguana to get her out of the house! It��s funny looking at people��s reactions when gazing into the backpack expecting to see a cute kitten and to find a lizard! But it works so well, it��s sturdy and the material is great for our pets sharp claws. We��ve been able to take her out so many places! We love the pockets on the side to put our keys and wallets on longer walks and it��s a cute pink color! It came with a padded mat that feels very comfortable, but luckily it is removable so it accommodates both needing that extra comfort and not needing it. We love it (:

Ordered it on a Monday, was told it would be here in a week and got it on a Saturday. So shipping wasn��t to bad. For the bag itself: it��s light weight, comes in a zipper bag you can reuse if you want (we will be), it has plastic mesh so our cat can��t rip a hole in it, and it��s super comfortable to wear. I know that my can��t doesn��t like being in any kind of carrier so I��m hoping that using this will help with that. I suggest this to anyone that has a small animal of ANY sort.

This is the only cat backpack my cat relaxes in. Because she doesn't feel trapped or boxes in due to the mesh all around. She can see everything going on, enjoy the outdoor breeze and sun, and yet be elevated and safe from other animals. My cat is 14 lbs. and she just fits in this carrier lying down. Not sure it would fit a pet any larger than that based on the size of the bottom of the carrier.

Bought this to take my cat son to California thru Route 66! It was great. Folded up to give him room in the front seat. (We had all our belongings in the back seat and trunk.) When we went sight seeing we got to take him with! He loved it! This is the only carrier he fit in also. He's a big boy!

We got this for my son because he likes taking his cat on walks, but hadn't found a good way to do it. He doesn't use much, but it does work. Our cat is willing to enter the backpack. She's a true Garfield and it holds up with her weight with occasional use.

My girl is 10-12 pounds and other backpacks have been to small for her , this one has alot of room where she can move around and has a large floor to curl up on! She likes all the mesh so she can see all angles . its not a bad weight to carry a cat either.

I have two 3lbs chihuahuas and they fit comfortably in the backpack together. It is lightweight and sturdy. I like that it is mesh all the way around so they are comfortable, can breath easy and see everything that is going on around them. This backpack is just big enough but not heavy and breaks down completely so it doesn't take up much space. It also has a chest strap to help to keep the weight off your shoulders. I would recommend this backpack!

My cat loves this. My cat is large. 17�� long and 15 pounds. She is curled up when lying down but it makes her feel safe. She just makes it sitting up. She does make a sound when traveling in it where other carriers she cried constantly. I only put her in it for car rides. I think she loved the large screen areas.

I��m so glad I bought this, I have been considering a cat stroller for a long time, but they are super expensive. This was pretty inexpensive and very well built. Lots of ventilation, lots of viewing area for my kitty, solid bottom that she can lay down on and I love the side pockets very convenient for keys and cell phone. I had it sitting in my apt for couple days so she could sniff it and get used to seeing it, I bought a harness to link her to it-but she haaaaated that so I just stuck her in and zipper it up and did a quick walk outside and she didn��t seem to mind-meowed couple times. We have been for about 5 walks since I purchased it a couple weeks ago and now she doesn��t meow at all even when I put her in, slowly going little further each time. I would say the key is to keep walking, if I stop- she starts moving around and gets antsy. I started it out on my front, but now put her on my back like a backpack and it��s waaaaay more comfortable. I hope she continues to tolerate it and maybe even learns to love it, cause the idea is to go on road trips and take her hiking.

We have a 12lb cat, and she traveled in this just fine. The bottom pokes the lower back a bit, because it��s the board the cat sits on while inside. The straps adjust for comfort of the wearer and for the traveling pet. The straps are durable.

My 7 pounds Pomeranian loves his new backpack. He is refusing to come out of it and right now he is just napping in there. Great size for the little ones. I don��t know yet how will it perform during a long hike. For now it��s perfect, and my little Asher approves!

The open air mesh sides and back convinced me to buy this instead of the clear plastic bubble cat backpacks. I was worried the cat might rip though the mesh net materials and worried the cat might cut or claw up plastic bubble backbacks too. After testing for 15 minutes the cat can not tear apart the mesh and I love the backpack. The only thing I would change is, I wish it had a double zipper on the top opening for the cat instead of just a single zipper. I've only used it twice and briefly but it's good so far.

I��m so satisfied with my pet carrier. I purchased this for my 7lbs Yorkie and he LOVES it. It��s nice because all sides are mesh so he can get ample airflow and see our. The bag is much more sturdier than expected as well. This is only good for one animal (not two). I have two yorkies and was hoping to us it for both but it��s definitely not large enough. Great buy!

My two small dogs really appreciated how breathable this bag is. with all the side screens they can can see around them, and its big enough to lay down in. I have two small chihuahua mixes about 12 pounds each. I could fit them both in sitting up faces out the window but it was heavy and i didnt love that only one could be fastened in. We use this bag for biking mostly I wish it had a hip strap since it is fairly large but great bag besides that.

We bought for guinea pigs. It works great for 2 piggies. Three are a little crowded but still works, they enjoy getting fresh air and it allows them to look out. Cleans up pretty easily.

It is great! The quality is really great! There is a hook to hook the harness in so that my cat doesn't jump out.

My dog is about 16 pounds of bug-eyed hate, but he mostly doesn't hate this pack. It's pretty comfortable, though I did have to add a chest strap because the weight sits kinda funny, but that solved it. Also I'm very glad that it has a restraint strap because he was fine just chilling with his head over my shoulder watching the world go by until a person dared to pass me on the sidewalk and he launched himself out at them, but ended up dangling by his harness from that surprisingly sturdy little strap. If you do use the strap, I'd recommend that you not attach it to their collar as they do have enough length to jump.

My carrier arrived in perfect condition and day one of use today was awesome. It��s light and clips well over my chest, but the only weird thing the bottom of the carrier has a square v rectangle bottom insert. I mean it works but it��s an awkward fit. Like all book bags, it��s gonna make your back sweaty so keep that in mind. But other than that I had fun exercising with my pet on my back in this carrier and they did too.

Our ferrets love going out for a stroll in this pack. The only issue is the bottom edge can dig in to your back, could use some extra padding there. Having the pockets is very convenient. Love that they can see out every direction. Folds nicely.

My daughter's dog really loves to ride in this backpack. We are used to her lunging at other dogs and barking. In the pack, she is so quiet and well behaved. It's a miracle!

Bought this to take my kitty out more for bonding and she loves it! She didn��t wanna get out of the backpack for a while, doesn��t cry just relaxes. It breathable, good for summer weather, cute and it leaves enough room for your kitty to move around in. The side pockets are good to carry treats and the back has cushion for support.

Loved the color pink! Didn��t get to use bc of the Coronavirus I canceled my flight! I had a hook on the inside to attach to your dogs collar so it doesn��t get knocked around so much. The inside was soft too!

The hardest part about the bag is getting your cat into it but that wasn��t a problem for my cat and she loves it!

I put my cat in this and put him in our yard so he can watch the birds at the bird feeder for a few hours and we don't have to worry about him running into the road traffic. He loves it. We've taken him on walks through the woods this way, too, and he loves it. It's so fun to take him with us, which is something we could never do before.

The carrier would work well for a smaller pet.

Ordered this for my sister's cat who probably weighs 7-8 lbs. My sister said it was a cool backpack but that it wasn't very comfortable for her to wear. The bottom edge would really hurt her back while carrying her cat. As far as comfort for her car, she seemed to like being in it.

Our cat...yes I said cat...likes to go on far walks with us. This backpack worked great because when we needed to pass a busy street or see a normal family walking their dog, we were able to get the cat in and carry past the danger. It was nice to have options in how to put the cat into the backpack. He doesn't love going in, but is willing enough so far.

Absolutely the best thing I purchased for my cat! He loves going for walks and bike rides!! It makes it very easy to transport him wherever we want to go. With a harness on him I can clip him in and then open the front zipper so he can see out better. Nice for transporting him in the car.

I love this pack SO much. The mesh material is very sturdy but extra breathable and I love the option to have that window pinned open! My tabby is 14lbs but she has got more than enough room. And there are two huge side pockets which i love!! So convenient. 10/10 would recommend!
